氣密性檢測裝置氣體互換工作流程
氣密性檢測裝置氮氣互換工作:首先我們要做的是清洗氣瓶的表明，接著氣體瓶子通過上瓶架慢慢升到輸送線位置并平移到氮氣位置。

將手把軟管接頭和瓶閥上緊，啟動瓶子閥門。當壓力小于指定值的時候，我們就應該打開排氣閥進行氣體的排放直到壓力正常。當壓力恢復正常的時候，就可以將排氣閥關閉了。當壓力大于制定的壓力數值的時候，我們得把氣瓶送往殘氣處理站進行必要的處理。

氣密性檢測裝置管路閥啟動，并把氣瓶的氣體全部放出來，再打開氮氣閥，把氮氣放入瓶子里，關掉管路閥;打開排氣閥開始排氣，待氣體壓力進行到正常壓力后將排氣閥關掉;接著啟動氮氣管道閥，把氮氣弄到瓶子里，在關掉氮氣閥;開啟排氣閥，這樣不間斷的放入氮氣，氮氣互換工作完成。
