氣密性檢測裝置檢測方案設計詳解
氣密性檢測裝置采用的增壓比為 40:1的氣體增壓泵,其動力來源是空壓機的0.3-0.8MPa的壓縮空氣,額定輸出壓力為12-32MPa。裝置上配有手動調壓閥,通過調整增壓泵的驅動壓力即可無級調整增壓泵的輸出高壓氣體的壓力,出口接有3米的高壓測壓軟管,用戶只需準備一排量在0.5-0.75m3/min的空壓機,通上氣管就可進行CNG汽車改裝管路的氣密性檢測。

氣密性檢測可按測試手段分為兩大類,一類為水沒式泄漏檢測法(又稱濕式浸水法),即在向工件腔內充進一定壓力的氣體時,將其浸人水中或涂肥皂泡,根據目測肥皂泡或水中的氣泡來判定工件是否有漏及泄漏的程度。目前,這種方法在冰箱、空調的密封管道以及箱體檢漏時仍普遍采用。這種方法測試效率低,受主觀因素影響較大,無法定量丈量,同時用這種方法測試后,還必須對工件進行干燥和防銹處理。

另一類為干式泄漏檢測法,即不再用浸水法,而是向工件腔內充進一定壓力的氣體,通過壓力傳感器的信號輸出來判定工件是否有泄漏,并可根據單位時間內壓力傳感器輸出的變化值來計算出其泄漏率。干式檢測法有液壓丈量法、流量檢漏法、壓差檢漏法、負壓丈量法、氦氣檢漏法等,其測試效率高,不受主觀因素影響,而且測試后不需要對工件進行其他處理,克服了水沒法的缺點。同時,干式檢測法可定量評測工件的泄漏狀態,并可方便地納人零件的自動化加工線或流水線使用,不足之處是在通常情況下無法確定發生泄漏的部位。
氣密性檢測裝置可以廣泛應用于各行業,可對各種有氣密性檢測要求的產品進行檢測試驗(汽車水箱、閥門、管道、氣枕、游泳圈、氣墊床、安全氣囊、密閉工作間、消防器材、車輛內胎、蓄電池外殼、膠管)。
