氣體增壓泵安裝操作詳細說明
氣體增壓泵安裝：安裝過程中，要避免雜物進入出口，保持出口清潔。

驅動氣體:請使用清潔的氣源，以保證泵能持續穩定的工作，驅動氣體要求顆粒<5um，建議在泵的驅動口加配二連體，泵在裝配時，所有運動部分已經抹有適量潤滑油，一般不再需要潤滑，如長期使用干燥的壓縮氣體驅動，建議在二連體的油杯內加入適量的潤滑油，進行油霧潤滑。氣體增壓泵:http://www.jujiaso.cn/

連接管路：根據泵的輸出壓力，請選擇合適的出口連接管路，確保承受泵的最大輸出壓力。

入口壓力：入口壓力越大，流量也隨之增大，單級增壓泵，需要一定的預壓才能達到理論最大輸出壓力。雙級增壓泵，入口壓力要求1-10bar，入口壓力不允許超過10bar,建議<7bar。確保泵的使用壽命。

氣體增壓泵啟動：該泵的最小驅動壓力為1.5-2bar，可通過調整二連體調壓閥調節驅動氣體的壓力，以達到你所需要的壓力。
在泵的氣驅部分該系列需用潤滑型氣體，以便讓密封和其他內部零件得到潤滑，該系列泵的驅動活塞直徑為160mm 氣驅氣體增壓系統設備應用范圍：
