氣液增壓泵中單向閥的作用
1.出口單向閥
1 outlet check valve
同樣的道理，氣液增壓泵出口單向閥也不是為了排液。之所以要出口單向閥，是為了實現負壓吸液。當液壓柱塞上移時，液壓腔體容積變大，腔體內形成負壓；由于出口單向閥的逆向截止作用，出口之外的液體無法從出口進入腔體；而腔體內的負壓，使得進口單向閥的鋼珠打開，液體從進口端進入腔體。

從字面上看，氣液增壓泵進口單向閥是為了進液的。其實不是。如果是為了進液，那不要單向閥進液會更順暢。之所以要進口單向閥，是為了實現增壓。當液壓柱塞下移時，液壓腔體容積變小，腔體內液體壓力上升；由于進口單向閥的逆向截止作用，腔體內的液體無法從進口排出，壓力不被釋放，而是被存儲在出口之外。
