氣體增壓泵故障及其處理方法

氣體增壓泵故障及其處理方法1泵不工作：

1 pump does not work:

a.檢查驅(qū)動(dòng)氣源是否開(kāi)啟，驅(qū)動(dòng)壓力是否滿足要求；

正常空氣增壓泵的進(jìn)氣壓力要求3-8bar,泵長(zhǎng)期不工作，應(yīng)先向驅(qū)動(dòng)氣口內(nèi)噴少量潤(rùn)滑油，最好為硅油，然后驅(qū)動(dòng)氣壓盡量調(diào)高，待泵正常運(yùn)行幾分鐘后，再裝氣壓調(diào)至所需壓力，新泵裝配過(guò)程中，都會(huì)在換向閥內(nèi)涂一層潤(rùn)滑脂，長(zhǎng)期不用時(shí)，潤(rùn)滑脂會(huì)凝固。
